Location: Maldon - Essex

As part of a team, to operate an efficient and effective administration service in line with the requirements of Shaw Trust and its contractual obligations. To provide a key public interface for clients, introducing them to the Shaw Trust, gathering information on employment preferences and skills, scheduling interviews with the appropriate Officer. 
To provide an effective administrative support service to the team, including responding to telephone enquiries, petty cash monitoring, raising invoices, banking cheques, dealing with incoming invoices, establishing and maintaining filing systems, organising stationery supplies and establishing an inventory of office furniture and equipment.
Experience:
• Previous administration experience and evidence of having worked effectively in a team environment.

Skills
• Ability to undertake tasks on own initiative, operating administrative procedures and systems effectively.
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to build and maintain rapport with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Good communication skills, including excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
• Knowledge of computer systems, particularly databases and word-processing packages (eg MS Word)
Full Time 36.50 - Fixed Term Contract - 31/01/2010
