  • Shaw Trust performs annual diversity audits of recruitment and service delivery to assess the effectiveness of its Diversity Management strategy for our workforce and service users
  • Mandatory Equality & diversity e-learning for all employees
  • Code of Conduct  for all employees, clients and people in partner organisations who we work with
  • Support to manage disability and ill health in the workplace
