• An Equality and Diversity Group comprising employees from across Shaw Trust
• Careers visits for Black & Minority Ethnic candidates under our Positive Action Scheme
• Guaranteed interviews for disabled candidates who meet all the essential criteria on the Person Specification
• An Equality & Diversity Policy (download below)
• Shaw Trust performs annual diversity audits of recruitment and service delivery to assess the effectiveness of its Diversity Management strategy for our workforce and service users
• Supplier diversity audits to ensure we do business with suppliers who meet our Equality & Diversity standards
• Mandatory Equality & diversity e-learning for all employees
• Code of Conduct  for all employees, clients and people in partner organisations who we work with
• Support to manage disability and ill health in the workplace
