Surrey and Sussex Hardest to Help
This project provides you with personalised one-to-one support, advice and guidance to help you overcome barriers to work. We will provide specific support to help you move into employment including a range of training courses.What support is available?
- Better off In Work Calculations to show how financially, you could benefit from being in work
- access to confidence and motivational courses such as GOALS training
- access free job specific training courses
- support with pre-employment and job search activities such as:
- help to fill out application forms
- effective interview techniques
- arranging work tasters/voluntary work
- writing an up-to-date CV.
- you will receive a £200 Job Start Grant, plus additional financial support, when you start work
- continued In-work support
Who is eligible?
This project is open to people claiming Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Incapacity or sickness benefits.
