Surrey and Sussex Hardest to Help

This project provides you with personalised one-to-one support, advice and guidance to help you overcome barriers to work.  We will provide specific support to help you move into employment including a range of training courses.

What support is available?

  • Better off In Work Calculations to show how financially, you could benefit from being in work
  • access to confidence and motivational courses such as GOALS training
  • access free job specific training courses 
  • support with pre-employment and job search activities such as:
  1. help to fill out application forms
  2. effective interview techniques
  3. arranging work tasters/voluntary work
  4. writing an up-to-date CV.
  • you will receive a £200 Job Start Grant, plus additional financial support, when you start work  
  • continued In-work support  

Who is eligible?

This project is open to people claiming Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Incapacity or sickness benefits.
