Flexible Routeway provides you with the personalised one-to-one support, advice and guidance you need to help overcome your barriers to work.

What support is available? 

• benefits advice
• Better off In Work Calculations to show how financially, you could benefit from being in work
• access to pre-employment training eg GOALS courses to boost confidence and motivation
• support with pre-employment and job search activities such as:

1. help to fill out application forms
2. arranging work tasters/voluntary work
3. effective interview techniques
4. writing an up-to-date CV.

• access free training courses which link to employment opportunities that are availabe in your area 
• continued In-work support  

Who is eligible?

Flexible Routeway is open to people who want to work but are facing barriers to employment due to their disability, ill health or social circumstance.

 We deliver Flexible Routeway in two locations:
