Horticultural Trainer Therapist
Reference: V1950
The main duties of the role will be to develop and provide a structured learning environment to service users involving assessment, identifying key strengths, action/goal planning etc and to plan and deliver practical training in horticultural skills. The post holder will promote a creative flexible working environment for clients so that they develop core personal skills (e.g. time keeping, communication, presentation).
The successful candidate will hold a level 3 horticultural qualification in Training and Development or have equivalent industrial experience. Experience of managing/supervising staff and financial planning/awareness is essential.
You will be innovative and able to develop services to be a commercial success with good self motivation with organisational skills.
Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Full time 36.5 hours over 7 days
