National Employer - Ess Support Services Worldwide

ESS the defence support services company scooped a Shaw Trust STAR award for being the UK's top national employer after helping some 50 people into work. The company, which provides catering and hospitality services for junior soldiers has been working with Shaw Trust for four years.

"We are absolutely delighted with the win it is a real honour and a great achievement," said Contracts Manager Mick Dance, who had already picked up the Trust's regional STAR award for National Employer.

"We look forward to continuing our successful relationship with the Trust and hope we can spread the Trust's ethos throughout our business across the country," he added.
