National Offender Management Service ESF Programme 2
Thank you for your interest in working in partnership with Shaw Trust on the current MoJ NOMS ESF round.
As an organisation we are committed to working with ex-offenders to support them to progress through skills development and into sustained employment. Having gone through the opportunities in detail and explored the outputs and funding associated with each we have had, with regret, to make the decision not to proceed to tender submission as a Prime bidder. We are however; keen to pursue any sub contracting opportunities that may arise on this contract.
Once again, thank you for your interest in working with Shaw Trust should you wish to discuss this or any other partnership approach please contact Liz Armstrong, Head of Partnerships on 07779571932
Provision of Services to improve the employment prospects of offenders

The overarching aim is to provide greater cohesion between offenders and existing offender specific skills and employment services and to support the transition to mainstream employment and skills provision.
Shaw Trust is keen to hear from organisations with specialist expertise in supporting offenders and will soon have the EOI for this provision available in the mean time please complete the Enquiry Form and return as soon as possible to contracts.partnerships@shaw-trust.org.uk
