New skills and training
The skills to succeed
Shaw Trust offers a variety of training options, from introductory IT courses, to accredited training including National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) through schemes such as Train to Gain.
Training is delivered in an informal environment by friendly staff and at a pace to suit. It can also be delivered in the workplace.
As well as our own courses, we can arrange training at other local learning centres. We work in partnership with many training providers across the country so that we can offer the most appropriate training to suit each person.

"I was a bit wary at first, but it changed my outlook on everything. With the help of the course, I got off my backside. It showed me where I was going wrong and put me in the right direction. I've got confidence now."
