The need for Shaw Trust's services is growing, and the assistance and support of volunteers is invaluable in helping us to achieve our aim of enabling disabled and disadvantaged people to achieve their potential. Without volunteers much of the vital work of the Trust could not be carried out.

How you can help

You don't need any particular experience. Commitment, a willingness to help, reliability, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help others - these are the qualities we are looking for, and of course, to be able to spare a few hours each week.

There are many tasks our volunteers can carry out and you will receive training to enable you to carry out the tasks that have been designated. Whenever possible volunteers will be included in Shaw Trust training programmes that are designed to broaden understanding of activities and issues related to the work of Shaw Trust.

You can apply to become a volunteer by completing the Volunteer Application Form and returning it either by post, or e-mail to hrservices@shaw-trust.org.uk
