Summary

People with disabilities and long term health problems often want to work, but can't.  We're here to change that – giving them everything they need to get back into employment.  And the harder you work in these vital roles, the bigger difference we will make.

Working with disadvantaged people, you will play a life changing part in preparing our clients for the world of work.

You will provide training and support for disadvantaged people who are outside of the labour market and arrange suitable work experience placements to enable them to progress into employment. 

The additional support you offer will take a variety of forms, including mentoring, vocational guidance, CV writing tips, assistance completing application forms and interview skills coaching, increasing our clients' chances in gaining employment.

You will continue to provide practical steps to overcome physical barriers to the world of work, including travel training and supporting people with disabilities access work and training placements.

You will have or be working towards a recognised training qualification and possess strong interpersonal skills to influence and motivate others.

This positoin is part time.  22.5 hours per week, flexible days.

Salary £17,173 - £19,081 (pro rata)
