Employment Adviser

Summary

Shaw Trust is a highly successful employment service aimed at enabling disabled people and those with long-term health problems to obtain and sustain paid employment. Working as part of a team, you will: •manage and develop a caseload of clients •undertake interviews and assessments to ensure that our clients are given the right support in order for them to reach their potential and find sustainable employment •carry out marketing activities in order to promote our service •have highly developed communication skills •have relevant previous experience in an employment/recruitment related field •possess the drive and determination to work to challenging targets.
