Summary

Shaw Trust has recently been appointed to provide support services to a number of Local Involvement Networks (LINks), promoting and supporting the involvement of local people in the commissioning, provision and scrutiny of health and social care services

Playing a key role in facilitating the LINk in the Dudley area, you will provide an efficient admin service to the team and be the first point of call for volunteers and other external enquiries. You will draw on both your IT skills and knowledge of the local area and employers to produce statistics and maintain records. Your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm will enable you to work well in a team to achieve collective aims and contribute to making a valuable difference to healthcare services
