Summary

Shaw Trust, as the UK's largest provider of employment services for disabled people, is expanding its Pathways to Work provision. People with disabilities and health problems often want to work, but can't. We're here to change that giving them everything they need to get into employment. And the harder you work in these vital roles, the bigger difference we'll make.

Managing and supporting a caseload of clients, you will work closely with a team of Employment Advisers assisting clients with their job searching and applications. You will use a variety of sources to identify job opportunities for clients, from internet research to proactively contacting employers. You will discuss potential vacancies with clients and assist with CV preparation, completing application forms and interview coaching.

You will require excellent IT skills for formatting CVs and recording client interventions on our bespoke system. You will have strong communication skills, ability to motivate others and a passion for delivering excellent service, all of which will help you to achieve job outcome targets and make a valuable difference to our clients.

You will need the ability and willingness to travel for occasional meetings, training and other events throughout Hampshire area as required, for which business travel expenses will be covered. Flexibility is also required to cover neighbouring delivery sites on occasions.

This position is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
