Summary

Managing and supporting a caseload of clients, your excellent communication skills will enable you to undertake effective interviews, ensuring clients receive the right advice to reach their potential and find sustainable employment.
Your creativity and determination will help you to break down barriers our clients face when trying to get back to work and achieve challenging targets. Flair for delivering excellent service combined with track record in a recruitment / employment role will be key to your success.
Once your client has moved into employment, you will continue to provide ongoing telephone based and face to face support, assisting clients make the often challenging transition from benefits back to work.
You will need the ability and willingness to travel around the North Wales area to provide outreach services as well as attending meetings and events as required, for which business travel expenses will be covered.
This position is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
This is a part time position (22.5 hours over 3 days) and is a fixed term 12 month contract
