Summary

To manage a social business project enabling people with learning difficulties to gain work experience and reach their full potential within the project, and in external employment market.To succeed in this challenging role you should have relevant experience and a good understanding of the issues faced by people with learning disabilities both inside and outside the employment market, excellent organisational skill with a flexible approach and ability to cope with the varying demands of the role. Above all you should have a sound understanding and awareness of the support needs of disabled and disadvantaged people.  There will be a requirement to undertake frequent travel.The appointment will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Full Time - Perm
