Summary
In this challenging role you will be responsible for ascertaining the employment and/or training needs of individuals who are successfully undertaking treatment for problematic substance misuse. You will work with clients to prepare individual vocational care plans, referring them to appropriate training, education, jobs and voluntary/paid work placements.
To succeed in this demanding role you must have relevant previous experience in an employment/recruitment/training related field. You will also need good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to negotiate and liaise effectively at all levels. Ideally you will be proactive, used to working on your own initiative and within a target driven environment. Previous experience of working with this particular client group would be an advantage.
This position will be subject to an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
Interviews will be taking place on Friday 17th October and Monday 20th October.
