John Shelton, the owner of this Lincolnshire garage and his managers
have time and again gone far beyond what might be expected of them
offering placements, support, full time jobs and recently an
apprenticeship to a young man who believed he was 'on the scrapheap'.
"In the short time we have worked with them, they have offered full
time employment to four of our clients. "Recognition was vastly
overdue," says Kevin Cooper.
