Shining example Eric was already a star employee, says his delighted
bosses at the Parkmore Hotel, where he has progressed in leaps and
bounds. Waiter Eric, who has acute short sight, had to cope with a very
busy hotel and the dreaded breakfast shift when he started. "But he
gave it his best, always immaculate, happy and willing," says his
nominee Susan Hunt. "We're all thrilled to bits for him. He now has a
job for life, and is a STAR employee!"
