Plastic Protective Edging
Shaw Trust Industries Doncaster manufactures a range of protective edging in industry standard square and round backed profiles. We also manufacture Stationary Slide Binders and tubing of varying diameters.
Useful applications include protection for hand tools, bandsaws, sheet metal, machined and expanded metal, glass and stationary.
Most standard profiles are available from stock in a variety of colours and are made from either Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or rigid Polypropylene (PP). Quotes can be given for specialist profiles when required.

Subcontract Assembly & Packaging
Versatile, customer focussed assembly and packaging service. Our Assembly and Packaging Team provide an effective subcontract service suitable for component manufacturers, small parts packaging, etc. We can provide most types of fulfillment. picking and packing and collation work at very competitive prices.
Plastic Injection Moulding
Horizontal and insert moulding. Currently mould Polypropylene, ABS and ASA. 1 35 Tonne and 1 70 Tonne machine. Orders taken for both large run and smaller bespoke orders – ask for details.
Powder Coating
We are a small parts Powder Coating specialist. Powder Coating service is available in British Standard and RAL colours - matt, gloss, metallic and hammer finishes. Powder Coating can be applied to provide a durable weather resistant coating, also suitable for restoration work – period ranges, radiators etc.
