Dorothy - Sales Assistant, H & M

Dorothy is deaf and communicates through British Sign Language. Shaw Trust helped Dorothy secure a temporary position with Marks and Spencer.

She now has a full time, permanent job at H & M in Marble Arch.

Dorothy uses 'Access to Work' and has sign language interpreters at work. She has on going support from Shaw Trust.
