Michael had been on Incapacity Benefit for 2 years. He worked as a Technical Instructor, instructing students in Forestry. He left because of depression and IBS.
Michael was advised on In Work benefits and Shaw Trust arranged a work placement with Ace Motorcycle Training. We also arranged funding for safety equipment in conjunction with Action Team for Jobs.
He now works as an Instructor with Ace Motorcycle Training in Durham.
He received £200 Job Start Grant when he started work.
