Specialist help in gaining independence and work skills for people managing severe disabilities
Mental health, drug/alcohol problems, mood disorders and physical disabilities

Job Broking and Workstep for people on Incapacity Benefit, Severe Disability Allowance, Income Support with a disability premium etc who want to get off benefits and back into work

Arrange up to eight weeks work trial with an employer where the person can stay on benefit and see whether they can cope with work

6 months to 1 year on-going support to both the employer and the employee.
