Summary

You will assist clients in their preparation for employment matching their skills and experience to appropriate vacancies and identifying new work opportunities focused specifically to clients needs.  You will need to pro-actively market the services to employers and other providers and establish effective working relationships.
To succeed in this challenging role you should ideally have a proven track record in an employment/recruitment related field placing people into work. You will also need good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to negotiate and liaise effectively at all levels.  Above all you should have the drive and determination to succeed in a fast-moving customer focused environment.  There will be a requirement to undertake frequent travel.

This position is subject to an Enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau
