Pathways to Work

Pathways to Work is designed to provide greater support to people claiming Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Incapacity or sickness benefits in their move back into work.

When you are registered with us, we will discuss your return to work and create an Action Plan which will map out your move from benefits into employment.

What support is available?

You will be given access to a flexible, tailored package of support to meet your individual needs.  We'll give you the best support and advice available including: 
  • financial advice and guidance
  • access to job specific training courses
  • help with job search activities
  • in-work support
Also specialist support services including:
  • support for people that want to become self employed
  • access to debt management organisations
  • access to a Condition Management Programme to help you manage your condition and feel more confident about seeking and remaining in work.
Once you start work you'll even be eligible for up to £200 Job Start Grant!
