Recruiting Staff

When you are recruiting staff we can:

  • help you to draft job descriptions and person specifications for your new personal assistant(s)
  • advertise your job and send details about it to people who may be interested in applying
  • arrange interviews and support you in the interview to find the person who is right for you
  • check people's backgrounds when you have decided who you want to employ
  • help you prepare a contract of employment.

There is also a useful book called The Rough Guide to Managing Personal Asssistants by Sian Vasey.
