Training and development

Unlike other recruitment providers, Shaw Trust offers ongoing support to both employers and employees helping to ensure a sustainable outcome. Each person joining your organisation through Shaw Trust has a personal development or action plan. Where necessary we can also help you assess funding for work place adjustments and any specialist equipment via ‘Access to Work’.

In-work support

We’re always keen to make sure it really does work for everybody concerned. That’s why we implement a follow through In Work Support programme for our customers.

As our customer settles into your environment we continue supporting him or her with a Job Support Plan. This involves regular telephone calls and meetings to assess progress and deal with any teething problems quickly and with the minimum amount of disruption.
