Recognising high performance

Shaw Trust has a range of bonus schemes to reward high performance. All managers have the scope to reward employees once a year for Significant Additional Contribution through payment of up to 10% of salary.

In addition, performance related bonus schemes are available in some areas to reward achievement of individual and team targets.
