Shaw Trust Shop to Host Halloween Festivities

26 October 2009

Shop goers in Reading can shop for bargains and leave children to enjoy the Halloween-based activities.

National employment charity, Shaw Trust, is to host three days of Halloween festivities in its shop in Reading starting today.

The shop, which is located on Moulford Mews, will be decking its interior out with Halloween activities just in time for half term.

Shop goers will be able to leave their children to enjoy activities like face painting and lucky dips whilst they shop for bargains in time for Christmas. As well as the Halloween activities there will be promotions with lots of special offers.

Tessa Lancaster, Shaw Trust, Operations Director, comments:

“There will be lots of exciting things for children to do in the shop and mums and dads wont be left out either as there will also be promotions and lots of special offers on our items for sale.”

“The lucky dips are free and we are asking for donations for the face painting. We’re sure that everyone will have a great time.”

The shop is attached to Shaw Trust’s employment office and job hunters will also be able to take part in the events.
