Student and Graduate Programme

The students and graduate programme has been established since 1999 and has pioneered recruitment for disabled students and graduates. Historically we provided internships within the investment banking sector and now we also work with a selection of top city law firms, professional services and the public sector.

Services we offer to students and graduates:

Internships and advice on how to apply for them
On campus skills workshops including CV's, application forms and interviews
Help with identifying your reasonable adjustments for an internship, work placement or job
Advice on disclosing your disability to employers
Employer Graduate Recruitment Workshops – Information and tips on how to make them a success
Support throughout the recruitment process
Networking events

Disclosure Training and Disability Awareness Training for HE Professionals/ IAG Advisors
Skills Workshops – Interactive and informative workshops designed for students and delivered on campus. The workshops address how and when to disclose during the recruitment process and reasonable adjustments
Information and referral signposting service
