Training and Placement Officer
Reference: V1858
Main duties include recruiting host companies in order to identify and secure employment/work placements, designing and delivering training sessions to support job search and interview skills and provide quality service to clients by conducting regular visits, monitoring and effective support and guidance.
To succeed in this role you will need previous relevant experience in the Employment field, good interpersonal communication and presentation skills, the ability to negotiate at all levels and a flexible approach.
