We empower disabled and disadvantaged people by offering a range of vocational services from independent living through to employment.

We support many clients with :

• vocational training
• searching for jobs
• applying for jobs
• preparing a CV
• interview techniques
• work placements and tasters
• voluntary work
• full time and part time paid work
• support in work.

But for many people moving into work can seem like a long term goal, so in addition to offering support to gain employment, Shaw Trust also offers personal development and training.

For the people we support, our services mean moving from exclusion to inclusion, from poverty of choice and lack of control to independence and stability.
