Get Back On Track

Is work affecting your health?

We can help you Get Back on Track

Get Back on Track is a FREE service to help you get back in to work if you are signed off from your job with a Fit Note from your GP. Our service is completely confidential and we work with you to improve your health and wellbeing to get you back on track. All you need to do is fill in our contact form and we will be in touch:

How it works

We offer you support and information on health and wellbeing, employment law, HR and much more. Outside of work we provide you with advice and information on areas that might be causing you problems, such as, housing, benefits, and debt.
When you get in touch we will:
  1. Arrange a meeting for you with one of our Employment Retention Specialists.
  2. Provide you with one-to-one support and help you develop an action plan. This could include writing letters to your employer, helping with mediation or advocacy.
  3. Check in with you regularly to see how you are doing.
