You can also donate to Shaw Trust by leaving us a gift in your will. A charitable legacy can be a gift of money or of any other assets that you leave behind. There are several options to consider, but the two main types of charitable legacies are pecuniary and residuary. Pecuniary legacies specify a sum of money or item of value to be donated. Residuary legacies allow you to donate a percentage of the net value of your estate or of the remaining sum after you have provided for family and friends.
If you pledge a gift to us in your will, you are welcome to become a Shaw Trust benefactor. This means we will thank you for your gift and keep you updated with Shaw Trust news and events.
