Shaw Trust Group is made up of Shaw Trust, Prospects Services, Ixion Holdings and Shaw Education Trust.
The Shaw Trust Group shares a common vision to help to transform the lives of people in the communities in which we work.
As a group we collectively have extensive national experience over a wide-ranging set of programmes across multiple sectors and strong contract and partnership engagement.
o We run Outdoor Centres, Social Enterprises and are a local delivery partner with NCS.
o We have a network of 50+ Shaw Trust charity shops, providing skills development, health and wellbeing support, and employment opportunities to over 770 people.
o We manage nineteen Academies in the West Midlands and children’s homes through Homes 2 Inspire.
o We work in partnership with Councils, employers and health services to reach people who need support in transforming their lives.
o We support 50,000 people a year: individuals, families, and children.
BUT…we cannot do this by ourselves.
Our success is built on working with the best partners to deliver the best services that meet the needs of the communities in which we work.
We work collaboratively with our partners (demonstrated through our ‘Excellent’ Merlin accreditation) to support our network to provide the best possible service to everyone that we engage with.

The Shaw Trust Group would like to hear from organisations who are interested in working with us, in delivering an innovative and inspiring programme, engaging with a wide range of young people and helping develop and prepare participants for their future.
