Terms and Conditions
We will hold bookings on a provisional basis up to a point where we have other clients requiring the training on the same day or week. At this stage, we will contact you and ask you to either confirm or release your booking.
Confirmation of Bookings
Once a booking has been requested via the Training Booking Form, we will send a confirmation outlining what has been agreed. This will include the agreed price and type of training being provided. Any amendments to these details should be sent in writing upon receipt. Once payment has been made your booking will be confirmed.
If you require ongoing training with us we can set up a formal service level agreement.

Final numbers, your requirements, and a copy of the delegate list, must be confirmed to us no later than 5 working days prior to your booking date - in addition we should be notified of special dietary or other requirement at this stage.
Details of our cancellation policy are listed below:
Cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the booking will incur no charge
Cancellations received between 1 week and 2 weeks prior to the start of the booking will be charged at 50% of the total booking cost. 50% will be transferred back to you within 30 days
Cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the start of the booking will incur the full training charge
